Short Summary:
We are looking for an Engineering Tech Lead to drive the development of modern Java-based applications while leading the adoption of LLM, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building and operating production-grade AI systems—not someone who has only used generative AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions while mentoring the engineering team.- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications using Java/Spring Boot and React.- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes-based deployments, and cloud infrastructure.- Design, test, and optimize prompts for production LLM use cases.- Build and maintain Agentic AI solutions, including tool/function calling, multi-agent workflows, evaluation pipelines, observability, and guardrails.- Partner with product and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer.- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.- Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis.- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered applications into production, including Prompt Engineering, prompt evaluation, structured outputs, function/tool calling, and agent orchestration.
