Anduril Industries is seeking an Engineering Solutions Application Engineer to enhance engineering productivity through tool optimization and workflow customizations. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve engineering processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customizations and optimize workflows for engineering tools.
- Create engaging training content for users.
- Form recommendations based on experimentation and user feedback.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment and configuration.
- Identify overlapping capabilities and optimize data flow across systems.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in a design engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- U.S. Person (required for export control).
