System Analyst

🚀 Andersen is hiring a Junior System/Business Analyst Join a project focused on building an integration layer that connects business systems and digital services for insurance and customer-service workflows. What you’ll do: - Gather and document requirements - Create user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML diagrams - Support backlog refinement and collaborate with stakeholders and developers - Work with integrations, APIs, and process automation - Participate in demos, delivery validation, and product improvements What we’re looking for: - 6+ months of System Analyst experience - UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io - Basic SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge - REST, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman - Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, gRPC, SDLC, and Git - English — B2+ Nice to have: - Project Management background or Camunda experience.
