Job Title: Project Controller / Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start

Required Certification(s): PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) 

• Establishes systems analyses methodology and documentation standards, providing guidance to lower level staff.
• Leads cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. Analyzes, refines, and documents complex system user requirements including functional objectives of system, data sources and availability, report requirements and cross-system integration requirements.
• Provides consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• Projects are typically mid-to-large scale with development/implementation requiring 6+ months to complete. Note: Duties are focused on system requirements analysis; this is not a programming/development job.
