Short Summary:
Anchorage Digital is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to negotiate vendor agreements and navigate various financial agreements, contributing to the growth of new business lines in the crypto sector.

Responsibilities:
- Own vendor contracts and third-party risk management from a legal perspective.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial, custody, and brokerage/trading contracts.
- Work closely with the Third Party Risk Management team on contract management framework.
- Drive independent work while leading medium-to-large projects.
- Build relationships with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve legal issues.

Requirement:
- J.D. degree with a focus on financial services or corporate law.
- 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
- Experience negotiating brokerage or trading-related agreements is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for crypto and understanding of applicable laws/regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
