Short Summary:
Almedia is seeking an exceptionally driven and entrepreneurial AI Operations Specialist to lead and build large-scale strategic projects, focusing on AI initiatives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead high-priority projects: Take full ownership of key projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Drive AI initiatives across the organisation: Identify, scope, and execute AI-driven projects that improve operational efficiency, user acquisition performance, product innovation, and decision-making processes.
- Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business: Engage with all aspects of the company to identify where AI can unlock leverage.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination: Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives, timelines, resource needs, and AI project implementation.
- Optimise operational efficiency: Identify and implement strategies, including automation and AI-driven workflows, to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Requirement:
- Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.
- Hands-on mindset with the capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution.
- Analytical mindset: Able to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions based on business intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team.
