Short Summary:
The Senior Director of Risk Stratification will lead strategy and execution for partnership and go-to-market efforts across Aledade’s Risk Stratification / Risk Adjustment program, reporting to the VP of Point of Care & Risk Stratification. This role includes end-to-end accountability for various strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts.
- Own partnerships with strategic practice partner leadership, payer partners, and vendors to advance complete and accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Direct other Transformation team members’ ideation and execution of risk stratification, EHR Overlay, and other strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and other senior leaders across Aledade to advance collaborative risk stratification efforts.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master’s Degree, strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in value-based care.
- 4+ years of experience in risk adjustment, risk stratification, EHR Overlay, and/or Point of Care Insight Delivery.
- 2+ years of experience working in a central organization hub and partnering with provider stakeholders.
