Short Summary:
Advise, invest, and build in the financial services sector with ALAIKA, a new kind of firm focused on strategic transformations, AI & Data Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:
- Advise on strategic and technology challenges for leading financial services companies.
- Take ownership of significant accounts and relationships.
- Lead project teams and initiatives, setting standards for consultants.
- Open new doors inside existing accounts and originate new mandates.
- Build trust and be recognized as a market leader in your domain.
- Contribute to shaping ALAIKA's future through strategic partnerships.

Requirement:
- 5+ years delivering data and AI projects in financial services.
- Deep technical and commercial expertise.
- Leadership and business-development experience.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Outstanding degree in an analytical field or a strong track record.
- Experience in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
- Established network in data, AI, and financial services.
