The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of client projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while fostering collaboration and communication between project teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of digital projects ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Define success metrics for each project in agreement with the client.
- Tailor project structure and methodology (e.g., agile, waterfall) for each phase.
- Collaborate with team leads to accurately estimate projects.
- Develop clear project scopes of work.
- Forecast resource requirements and assist with proactive resource planning.
- Maintain alignment across UX, UI, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Utilize AKQA's management information system to track project progress.
- Author Project Status Reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers, partners, and client teams for optimal outcomes.
- Continuously strive to improve delivery practices and team efficiency.
Requirement:
- Proven experience leading digital projects.
- Project planning and budgeting skills.
- Agile/waterfall delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and resource forecasting abilities.
- English fluency required (German is a plus).
