Short Summary:
The Total Rewards Compensation team at Airbnb is seeking a Technical Compensation Partner to support the Technology organization, focusing on Engineering, Infrastructure, Machine Learning, and Data Science. This role involves working closely with tech leaders and Talent Partners, providing compensation expertise and building compensation programs.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Technology organization.
- Act as the primary contact for Talent Directors and senior tech leaders on compensation-related matters.
- Own compensation cycle execution for tech client groups, including market benchmarking and budget modeling.
- Lead competitive intelligence for technical roles by conducting market research.
- Develop benchmarking methodologies and partner with Recruiting and People Analytics for market insights.
- Design and build compensation models and tools tailored to technical roles.
- Prepare analyses and presentations for senior tech leadership.
- Develop enablement materials for tech managers regarding Airbnb's compensation philosophy.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of compensation or analytics experience, particularly in technical roles.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
- Proven track record as a compensation business partner for technical organizations.
- Strong knowledge of third-party survey methodologies and ability to build pay structures.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to senior audiences.
