Short Summary:
As part of Compliance Shared Services (CSS), you'll help build centralized compliance programs, training, and governance processes that enable Affirm to scale responsibly. Your work promotes a culture of compliance by delivering practical, risk-based solutions that support regulatory requirements while protecting Affirm and its customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance training that translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Support the administration of Affirm's compliance training program by tracking completions, maintaining training records, coordinating enrollments, and preparing reports.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure training materials remain accurate and well-documented.
- Contribute to risk assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue management through documentation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve training materials and operational processes that enhance compliance programs.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance programs, preferably within financial services or fintech.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance training, including drafting content and managing documentation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical learning content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage assigned work and maintain accurate documentation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders while balancing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles or governance activities is a plus.
