Short Summary:
At Acima, our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing accessible Lease-To-Own solutions. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in account management and sales activities while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Driving customer growth through various channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins)
- Educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms and the application process
- Closing the sales cycle by converting applications
- Collaborating with Acima partner stores in all operational aspects
- Addressing and resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction

Requirement:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
