Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including assistance with personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support.
- Support patients in their homes or care facilities through frequent movement and physical activity, ensuring timely and dignified end-of-life care.
- Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living activities, always maintaining patient safety and dignity.
- Work comfortably in home and facility environments, adapting to varying conditions while upholding infection control and safety protocols.
Requirement:
- State nurse aide certification listed on state registry.
- CPR where required.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift/move patients and provide hands-on hospice care.
