Short Summary:
The Senior Director, Experience Design leads the Experience Design capability within 3Cloud Advisory, accountable for building a differentiated, commercially successful practice that enhances customer, employee, and digital experiences. This role connects human-centered insight with business strategy and technology delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and growth strategy for Experience Design.
- Build differentiated offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and IP.
- Advise executives on experience-led business and technology transformation.
- Drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, coach, and develop Experience Design consultants.
- Provide executive oversight for strategic engagements.
- Represent 3Cloud externally through thought leadership and executive forums.

Requirement:
- 15+ years in Experience Design, CX, Product Design, Service Design, or Management Consulting.
- Proven leadership of consulting teams or transformation practices.
- Executive advisory experience with C-suite clients.
- Strong commercial, consulting, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
- Travel up to 50%.
