Short Summary:
Zyte is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer with strong Business Systems and Automation experience to architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem that powers our global company. This role emphasizes code-first automation and involves designing and operating the backbone of Zyte's internal SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Engineer internal automation systems, writing code and building automation tooling
- Design and implement reliable, API-driven integrations between business systems
- Build internal tools to improve operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to use AI technologies to automate internal operations
- Create automated workflows for employees and teams
- Serve as the ultimate level of IT Support for end-users
- Ensure operational adherence to established ISO frameworks and implement security measures

Requirement:
- 8+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering
- Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, Node.js
- Solid experience operating GCP & AWS environments
- Strong experience working with external APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Deep working knowledge of macOS and Linux environments
- Experience implementing and managing SSO / SAML / SCIM provisioning
- Experience supporting or passing security and compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR)
