Marketing Officer (Contract Role)

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL and BTL) tailored to different target audiences. Always deliver on brief, on time, on budget and on target.

• Partner with senior team member to drive qualified sales leads for commercial fleets through digital performance marketing, CRM, industry directories, and direct B2C and B2B outreach.

• Coordinate marketing collateral, product GTM and lifecycle, and promotions across all models and after-sales.

• Oversee the creation of technical product specs, brochures, digital content, advertising content, case studies highlighting vehicle utility, total cost of ownership etc. and other relevant content in the customer's vehicle buying journey, in ways that will resonate with our target audiences.

• Design, execute and manage car shows and roadshows, vehicle delivery ceremonies and test drive days.

• Manage owned social media channels, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and alignment with campaign and brand priorities.

• Work with manager to define campaign performance goals that are aligned to business goals, actively track and optimise activities throughout the campaign lifecycle, and report on outcomes and learnings.

• Track campaign metrics, monitor lead-to-conversion rates, and prepare and present regular performance reports for management.

• Actively monitor competitive marketing activities, observe customers and prepare insightful reports for sharing. Use market and consumer insights to inform plans and actions.

• Develop impactful, succinct and clear briefs for agency and internal partners. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to agencies throughout the campaign development process to deliver best-in-class effective campaigns.
