**The Role**

Zuddl is hiring an SDR Manager to lead its team and scale an established, repeatable outbound function. You will coach reps, drive day-to-day execution, and improve the systems and operating standards that generate qualified pipeline.

This is a player-coach role with a personal quota during your first quarter. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the AEs your team supports.

The role starts remotely, **with an expected transition to on-site work in Utah during the first half of 2027.**

**What You'll Do**

• Develop deep expertise in Zuddl’s products, ICP, and value proposition.
• Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop SDRs as the team scales.
• Coach the team on outbound execution, prospecting strategy, objection handling, multichannel outreach, and AI utilization. Identify what works, standardize proven tactics, and maintain a tier-one standard of execution.
• Drive a high-performance culture through hands-on leadership, daily accountability, and consistent attainment of quota and key performance metrics.
• Own pipeline targets, forecasting, performance reporting, and communication with Zuddl leadership.

**What We're Looking For**

• **Experience:** At least 3 years of exceptional B2B outbound experience in tech/SaaS, including 12+ months of SDR management experience, with the most recent relevant experience current or having ended within the last 6 months.
• **Player-Coach:** Willing to earn your stripes by carrying a personal quota in the trenches alongside the SDRs you’ll help lead.
• **Leadership:** Builds high-performing SDR teams through strong coaching, clear expectations, consistent accountability, and hands-on performance management.

• Annual on-target earnings (OTE): $160,000 USD, including base salary and variable compensation.
