Short Summary:
Lead Zoom's Infrastructure Engineering team to modernize cloud, identity, and automation operations, driving SRE practices and AI-driven solutions across global teams.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Infrastructure Engineers across SRE, automation, and infrastructure-as-code disciplines.
- Driving CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and modern scripting languages (Python, Golang, PowerShell, Bash).
- Managing identity and access management services including Okta, Entra ID, MFA, RADIUS, and certificate-based authentication.
- Overseeing multi-cloud operations (GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware) with a focus on reliability, security, and self-service enablement.
- Partnering with global support leadership to deliver proactive, AI-driven digital employee experiences.

Requirement:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience leading SRE or DevOps infrastructure teams in a large-scale environment.
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SALT Stack), and CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jira).
- Operate identity and access management platforms (Okta, Entra ID, RADIUS, MFA, certificates) with a strong understanding of IGA/IAM principles.
- Administer multi-cloud environments across GCP, AWS, Azure, or VMware with IaaS expertise.
- Apply modern scripting and programming skills in Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Bash to automate operations.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across global time zones.
