Short Summary:
Join Zoom as a Software Architect, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-facing features, implement cloud-based automation, and provide technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn roadmap vision into deliverables
- Design and deliver customer-facing features
- Implement cloud-based automation and deployment strategies
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support
- Analyze and optimize program performance
- Create technical design documents, API documentation, and best practices
- Review code and designs to ensure alignment with architecture and quality standards
- Lead and mentor junior engineers
Requirement:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or foreign equivalent
- 3 years of experience in software architecture patterns and principles
- 3 years of experience with multiple Java-based web languages and frameworks
- 3 years of experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- 3 years of experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- 3 years of experience with API design and integration patterns
- 3 years of experience with security principles and best practices
- 3 years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- 3 years of experience leading technical teams and stakeholder management
- 3 years of experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- 3 years of experience with EHR and healthcare technologies
