Short Summary:
Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry, helping clients streamline their systems and reduce costs while improving customer retention.

Responsibilities:
- Solution and configure Zenoti to meet customer’s business processes
- Design and setup proof of concepts and pilots for high priority and large customers
- Extract, transform and load data across systems into Zenoti
- Identify significant risks and define mitigation plans
- Address customer issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market dynamics
- Build expertise on data migration tools and techniques
- Maintain complete documentation for successful implementation
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and key metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs

Requirement:
- 4+ years experience in implementing software systems
- Deep knowledge of MS Excel and working knowledge of database systems
- Ability to use tools/scripts for data transformation
- Experience with data migrations and data mapping
- Good to have knowledge of Web Design using HTML
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
