Tech Consultant
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are seeking an on-site position for a highly skilled and experienced Specialist/Inhouse Tech Consultant to join our team. As a Time Management System Specialist/Inhouse Tech Consultant, you will support the team with the hands-on configuration and administration of various modules within the Time Management Systems. Your expertise in time management systems functionality and configuration will be crucial in ensuring the system meets the needs of our organisation and supports our stakeholder departments effectively, with our logistics centers across Europe being your main internal clients.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Manage and execute technical and functional configuration changes in time management systems (e.g. Zucchetti, ZMI, SEAK, workday), including updates to workflows, application settings, and business rules where required
Monitor interfaces between time management systems and downstream applications, identify data or process issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external partners
Support testing activities for system changes, bug fixes, and releases, including test case preparation, execution, and validation
Technical skills in SQL, testing, log analysis, and structured incident resolution
2. Customer & Employee Training
Guide users through time management systems software features, updates, and new functionalities.
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive FAQs, manuals, and troubleshooting guides for the knowledge base.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience working as a Time Management Specialist/Inhouse Tech Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in configuring and administering time management systems.
A deep understanding of HR IT and time management system architectures, functionality, and integration capabilities.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL tools and technologies, including report writing and calculated fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
Excellent communication in English skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. German is a plus
A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
