Short Summary:
We're looking for a Working Student to support our Operations team at Edeneve, our botanical skincare brand. You will assist in performing logistics activities needed for a fast-growing e-commerce company.
Responsibilities:
- Support inventory and stock management
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners
- Update and maintain operational databases and documentation
- Help prepare shipments and operational processes for new markets
- Support reporting, monitor KPIs, and contribute to improving internal operational processes
- Work closely with different teams across the business
Requirement:
- Enrolled university student with strong English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ownership mentality
- Comfort with datasets and digital platforms
- 1+ year internship or relevant experience preferred
- Technical tools: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, ERP, CRM, inventory management systems
