Senior Sales Partner - Ireland

Yopeso has been developing a diverse range of software products, from large-scale applications to smaller solutions, for 20 years. With a growing team of over 300 employees across five locations, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and professionalism.

At Yopeso, we value authenticity, curiosity, and ambition. These values drive us to build strong connections within our community and with our partners, ensuring trust, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and continuously challenge ourselves to develop high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions.

Our approach is rooted in efficient collaboration among passionate professionals working in agile teams. Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves.

We're not looking for a pipeline manager. We're looking for a closer: a seasoned enterprise sales leader with strong commercial instincts, a trusted network of decision-makers, and a proven track record of winning complex IT outsourcing and nearshoring engagements, followed by custom software and AI-driven delivery projects across international markets.

The role is focused on winning and growing business rather than running sales operations. It's rooted in services-led enterprise sales: building long-term partnerships where we provide engineering capacity, delivery teams and transformation capability for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solution design, negotiation and closing

• Drive new business in IT outsourcing, nearshoring and custom software delivery engagements

• Expand opportunities where AI capabilities improve delivery value and transformation outcomes

• Lead consultative conversations with C-level stakeholders (CTO, CIO, COO, Heads of Engineering/Digital)

• Translate business needs into outsourcing and engineering delivery models with clear commercial structures

• Shape proposals, pricing models and engagement structures for long-term service partnerships

• Partner closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure scope, feasibility and execution quality

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of large, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities

• Act as a trusted advisor in key accounts, driving expansion and long-term value creation

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales within IT outsourcing, nearshoring or custom software delivery

• Strong track record of closing 6–7 figure services-based deals

• Established network of enterprise and mid-market decision-makers (CTO, CIO, COO, Heads of Engineering/Digital)

• Deep understanding of outsourcing models, delivery economics and value-based pricing

• Experience selling long-term service engagements rather than product subscriptions or transactional deals

• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to originate and close complex enterprise accounts

• Excellent communication and executive presence in international environments

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

Your strongest points are

• Enterprise B2B sales in IT outsourcing and nearshoring

• Custom software delivery and long-term service partnerships

• AI-enabled solution design (as a value enhancer)

• Consultative, value-based enterprise selling

• Commercial negotiation and deal structuring

• Relationship-driven account growth

• Translating business problems into scalable delivery models

Why join us?

• Full autonomy and ownership of your deals

• International delivery team focused on execution quality

• A services-first business with real engineering depth and delivery capability

• A high-performance culture: low politics, high trust, high accountability

• Remote flexibility across regions and time zones
