About the Opportunity & ClientWe are looking for an experienced Senior . NET Developer to join a newly established software engineering team in Warsaw, working in close collaboration with international R&D hubs. Our client is a global market leader providing intelligent, data-driven analytical solutions and cloud platforms for the food and agricultural sectors worldwide. Their digital platforms process data from thousands of connected devices, helping reduce food waste, increase efficiency, and support global sustainability goals. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and scaling modern cloud services using the latest Microsoft tech stack. Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in . NET / C#. Architecture & Refactoring: Architect new features and refactor existing solutions to adapt modern cloud technologies and evolving business requirements. API Architecture: Extend and evolve RESTful APIs for integration with external systems, devices, and third-party developers. Quality & Performance: Ensure high code quality, optimal performance, clean architecture, and thorough test coverage. Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-border Agile/Scrum teams in a open, transparent, and collaborative Scandinavian-style environment. Requirements5+ years of strong backend development experience with C# / . NET. Solid background in client/server architecture and web services development. Proficiency in database design and management (SQL). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Nice to HaveHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Microservices, Azure Functions, etc.). Knowledge of Unit Testing and TDD practices. Experience with visual management tools (Azure DevOps or Jira). Exposure to cloud data solutions (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Snowflake) or data analytics pipelines.
