Social & Creator Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social & Creator Marketing Strategist to scale NaturaleBio’s social media, content and creator ecosystem across global and local-market profiles.

You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution, from content creation and creator partnerships to UGC, community management and reporting, leveraging AI to scale content production while maintaining brand consistency.

Reporting to the Brand Marketing Lead, you will work closely with the wider Brand Marketing team and local-market stakeholders.

You will shape how NaturaleBio shows up across social platforms and creator communities, turning brand priorities and audience insights into engaging content and repeatable programmes. Your focus will be to build a consistent, efficient and measurable content engine that strengthens brand awareness, community and long-term growth.

• Own the social media strategy, defining channel priorities, content pillars and formats.

• Manage the global content calendar and selected local profiles, aligning content with campaigns and seasonal moments.

• Create, film and edit in-house content.

• Build a scalable content engine combining brand-owned content, UGC and creator-led storytelling.

• Own creator marketing end to end, from strategy, outreach and briefing to relationship management and reporting.

• Develop micro-influencer and brand ambassador programmes, including recurring collaborations and incentive models.

• Coordinate campaign logistics, product seeding, timelines, approvals, usage rights and asset management.

• Manage the UGC pipeline, ensuring content is reviewed, organised and ready for publishing or reuse.

• Manage community engagement and identify relevant audience insights.

• Track social, creator and UGC performance, reporting on KPIs and identifying optimisation opportunities.

• Leverage AI tools to scale content ideation, production and repurposing while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

• Monitor platform trends and test new formats and tools to improve reach, engagement and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Lead, wider marketing and product teams to align content with brand strategy and business priorities.

• 4–5 years of experience in social media strategy, content strategy and creator marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer brands.

• Experience working with international brands or across multiple markets.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, creator ecosystems and emerging content trends.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on content creation and video editing skills.

• Experience managing influencer campaigns and UGC programmes end to end.

• Ability to develop scalable micro-influencer and brand ambassador programmes.

• Strong curiosity about AI tools and their application to content creation and workflow optimisation.

• Highly organised and autonomous, with strong project management, communication and copywriting skills.

• Data-driven mindset, using performance insights to optimise content.

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1); German is a plus.
