Technical Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Engagement Executive to act as the main link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring technical projects are well planned, delivered on time, and aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on coordinating technical engagements, managing stakeholders, and supporting successful solution delivery. You will work closely with the Systems Engineers team, IT Department, Group business units, and third-party collaborators to turn technical requirements into clear plans, track delivery, and support solution adoption.

Success in this role requires strong communication, organisation, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand complex technical environments and translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
