Xcelirate develops technologically-advanced platforms accessed by thousands of users every minute. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with extensive experience in both backend and frontend development to join our talented team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage your own time while adhering to company priorities.
- Build new features and improve existing ones across our platforms.
- Refactor and enhance applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure software reliability.
- Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Engage in technical discussions to shape applications and infrastructure.
- Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows.
- Take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality results.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of PHP development, with expertise in at least one framework (Symfony, Zend preferred).
- 12+ years of web application development experience.
- 6+ years working with frontend frameworks/libraries like Vue.js, React, Nuxt, or Next.js.
- Deep understanding of scalable web architectures.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Passion for automated testing and test-driven development.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in PHP development and debugging.
- Knowledge of agile development tools and principles.
- Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong grasp of web security concepts.
