Title: Senior Director, Paid Social B2B Location: Remote, United States The Role We’re seeking an experienced B2B Paid Social leader to oversee a dedicated enterprise client engagement. This role will act as a deeply integrated extension of the client’s marketing organization, leading paid social strategy, activation, and stakeholder management across a complex, full-funnel program designed to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and drive measurable business growth. Reporting into the SVP B2B, this role blends strategic vision, leadership, and technical acumen. You’ll help shape our agency’s B2B social media practice, guide the adoption of next-generation paid social strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and emerging platforms, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes - not just engagement metrics. You’ll also play a key role in training and developing your team, improving processes, and influencing agency-wide B2B thought leadership. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $142,000- $160,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.
