Title: Paid Social Manager (B2B) Location: Remote, United States The Role As a Manager, Paid Social B2B, you will play a key role in developing and executing high-performing, data-driven social strategies that support pipeline growth for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients. You’ll work closely with Directors and cross-functional partners to translate complex buyer journeys into effective full-funnel paid social programs. Reporting into the Associate Director, Social B2B, this role is ideal for a strong B2B social practitioner who blends hands-on expertise with emerging leadership skills. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our B2B social media approach, help operationalize best practices across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms, and ensure campaigns are optimized toward meaningful business outcomes—not just engagement. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $74,000 - $90,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.
