Short Summary:
WPP is on a global transformation journey, seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the newly established Group Treasury shared service center (SSC).

Responsibilities:
- Centralize existing work in regional Treasury functions with detailed process documentation and SOX compliant controls.
- Build/train a team to support the Global Treasury team across 110+ countries.
- Optimize Group’s cash flow, net interest P&L, and support cash repatriation while minimizing risk.
- Provide Group Treasury Reporting support, including cash liquidity forecasts and monthly dashboards.
- Manage daily cash operations and support Treasury Transformation Projects.
- Develop monitoring for treasury activity and risk management against Group Treasury Policy.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytics for regional treasury teams.

Requirement:
- Experience in a Global Treasury department or shared services.
- Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, FX markets, and derivatives.
- Knowledge of bank accounts, cash pooling, and inter-company loans/dividends.
- Experience in daily treasury operations, including settlement and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CTP, CA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or financial risk management.
