Short Summary:
WPP is seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant for the Supervisor - RTR position in Mumbai. The role involves financial reporting, team management, and ensuring compliance with accounting practices.

Responsibilities:
- Review of monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance sheet along with all supporting schedules and other reports required by management.
- Analysis of the monthly and quarterly P&L and Balance sheet items, identifying and explaining the variances from budgets and forecasts.
- Managing all GL and reporting related queries from Opco, region, or onshore teams.
- SOX Compliance Team Management: Weekly review with the team on progress, issues & achievements.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and ability to review accounting entries.
- Manage the team to meet defined timelines and ensure adequate time management.
- Any other initiative on organization level.

Requirement:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Financial reporting / GL accounting / RTR post qualification.
- Qualification – Qualified CA.
- Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation.
- Self-motivated and commercially focused with a strong client service approach.
- Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally.
- Well organized with strength in prioritizing.
- Flexible attitude to achieve results.
