The Role

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Account Manager will be a key part of the dedicated WPP Production team supporting JLR regional and retailer campaign activity.

Act as the day-to-day contact for JLR retailer and regional stakeholders, agency partners and WPP Production teams.
Work with the Senior Account Manager and Delivery Lead to sense-check incoming briefs, confirm scope, deliverables, timings, markets, approvals and production dependencies before work begins.
Coordinate the end-to-end production process: imagery sourcing and selection, master asset development, spec sheet validation visavis available asset toolkit , adaptation and localization, quality control and final delivery.
Manage approval stages for imagery, master assets and adaptations; capture feedback clearly, manage agreed feedback rounds and communicate any impact on scope or timing.
Coordinate closely with creative, studio, transcreation, digital and media teams to ensure all production dependencies are planned and tracked.
Build and maintain clear production plans, status reports, action logs, contact reports and agendas; ensure stakeholders have visibility of progress, risks and next steps.
Manage delivery against agreed WPP Production SLAs, proactively chasing delayed inputs, specifications and approvals, and escalating risks to the Senior Account Manager, Delivery Lead or Business Director where required.
Support workload triage across the team, ensuring straightforward work is appropriately handed over and complex or high-risk jobs are escalated early.
Ensure master and adapted assets meet agreed brand, technical and market requirements before delivery.
Develop strong, trusted relationships with client and agency stakeholders while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach to fast-moving campaign requirements.

Requirements

Automotive experience is essential; experience supporting JLR, premium automotive brands, retailer marketing or regional automotive accounts is highly desirable.
Proven experience in an account management, integrated agency or production role delivering multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, broadcast and/or retail environments.
Experience managing production workflows involving master creative, imagery selection, local market adaptations and transcreation/localisation.
Comfortable working across international accounts and multiple markets, ideally five or more, with numerous client, agency and production stakeholders.
Strong understanding of client approval processes, production specifications, asset delivery and the dependencies between creative, media, digital and production teams.
Excellent project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs, work to tight deadlines, maintain accurate trackers and identify risks before they affect delivery.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and client-focused, with the resilience to work effectively under pressure.
