Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and run the operating model connecting social and influencer capabilities.
- Deliver cross-network integration by aligning standards, data, measurement, and talent.
- Build the practice’s measurement spine with common taxonomies and frameworks.
- Operationalize WPP Open and drive its adoption across workflows.
- Manage governance and performance reporting for the practice.
- Coordinate talent operations and build enablement engines for training and best practices.
- Ensure commercial rigor in operations, including pipeline visibility and vendor management.
Requirement:
- 12+ years in operations, transformation, or practice management within marketing or media.
- Proven track record in designing and running operating models in complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of social and influencer marketing operations.
- Strong data and measurement grounding.
- Experience in driving marketing technology and AI-enabled operations.
- Program leadership credentials in multi-market change programs.
- Experience in talent operations and capability mapping.
