Not Your Typical Workplace

Tired of the 9-to-5 grind? Imagine a World without borders, where opportunities are endless. That's the future of work, and what we are building at WorkMotion. Our remote-first team spans across the world, helping companies hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Fast-paced, people-driven, and globally connected — we empower businesses to build teams without borders.

More Than a Role

We don’t just need a Junior Customer Success Manager — we need a relationship builder and strategic advisor. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from building trusted partnerships, navigating complexity, and driving long-term impact within high-value accounts, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all —supporting account strategy, driving proactive engagement, and influencing customer outcomes — ensuring everything you touch is data-informed, relationship-driven, and commercially aligned with our wider goals.
You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.

Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity

● Own and support the success of a high-value client portfolio

● Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement, identifying risks and expansion opportunities

● Manage executive-level stakeholders and complex multi-country setups

● Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring long-term growth and retention

● Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations and optimize the client experience

What we are looking for

● Language: Native German. English: excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

● Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members

● Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records

● Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!

● Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction

● Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs

● Team Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction

● Negotiation and influencing skills

Bonus Points If You Bring

● System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce

● Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations.

● Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients

We’re a team of motivated, and fully distributed crew that proves "remote" doesn't mean "disconnected."

We don’t just “work” together — we create, challenge, and grow together. If you’re looking for an environment where your ideas are welcomed, your voice is heard, cross-collaboration on bold strategies thrive on collective brainpower and high-energy teamwork you’ll feel right at home.
