What you can expect

• Own the big idea for a digital-first world: develop concepts, headlines, and communication platforms that start from digital thinking and extend across campaigns, brand communications, CRM, and OOH. 
• Set the bar for language: sharpen taglines, headlines, and copy across all our work, and be the person the team turns to when a line isn't good enough yet. 
• Lead and win pitches: shape distinctive creative territories for new business and existing accounts, and present them with conviction. 
• Guide a creative team: mentor copywriters and art directors through concept, refinement, and production with a clear point of view. 
• Partner with strategy: translate strategic thinking into ideas that are both culturally sharp and commercially relevant. 
• Stay culturally switched on: bring fresh reference points, tone, and craft into brand communication. 
• Think ahead of the format: know digital environments inside out, and bring a sharp, curious take on where technology — including AI — can push an idea further, without ever letting the tool replace the thinking. 

What we'd love to see

• A background in copywriting (ideally) — art direction backgrounds are welcome too, as long as the idea and the words come first. 
• 8+ years of experience in creative direction or concept development at agencies or studios, with a track record of leading integrated, cross-channel campaigns. 
• A portfolio built on strong ideas: headlines, campaign platforms, and communication concepts that hold up across touchpoints — not just polished executions. 
• Experience leading and winning pitches, with confident, persuasive presentation skills. 
• A natural mentor for copywriters and art directors. 
• Fluent German is required, a very good level of English is appreciated. 
• Clear, strategic thinking, and the instinct for what makes communication culturally relevant, not just correct. 
• Genuine curiosity for what's next: fluent in digital culture and platforms, and someone who sees GenAI and emerging tools as a creative sparring partner — applied with judgment, not by default. 
• A strong point of view, brought with positivity, ambition, and empathy into every room.
