QA for Staging 2-1

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team in Domburg, Netherlands. As our QA for Staging 1, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they move to production.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for staging environments
• Perform thorough functional and non-functional testing of software applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes don't affect existing functionality
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality
• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and test results
• Contribute to the development of automated test scripts when applicable
• Ensure that all tested software meets quality standards before release

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices
• Proven experience with test planning, execution, and reporting in staging environments
• Familiarity with deployment processes and version control systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in using test management tools and bug tracking systems
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages
• Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
