Short Summary:
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. You will facilitate leadership and onboarding programs, design and execute targeted learning strategies, and drive engagement in global learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Primary facilitator of Company Onboarding
- Secondary facilitator of Leadership Development products
- Delivers offsites in location where suitable
- Responsible for development and execution of learning strategy at the squad level
- Conducts Learning Needs Analysis
- Provide data and insights during MBRs and QBRs for relevant stakeholders on all learning activities of supported group(s)
- Work with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locations
- Maintain global learning calendar for supported assignment(s)
- Drive engagement for global learning initiatives within supported assignment(s)
- Support coaching and mentoring requests for region
- Coach and mentor new team members
- Serve as local POC for core product
- Ensure proper data hygiene for products at regional level
- Ensure regular cadence of content updates and program enhancements as needed

Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in project management and design thinking
- Consultative approach to problem-solving, applying data-driven insights to create tailored solutions
- Confidence in interpreting data and producing data-led, visually compelling presentations
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Adept at stakeholder management, communicating effectively with diverse teams to encourage collaboration
- Strong facilitation skills
