Short Summary:
At Wise, we are looking for a Senior Quality Lead for FinCrime to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Quality Team Leads and Specialists. You will bridge operational quality and senior leadership, ensuring compliance with global AML/CFT regulations while maintaining exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Quality Leads and Specialists.
- Conduct career check-ins and foster growth opportunities.
- Turn quality objectives into phased implementation plans.
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed KPIs/SLAs.
- Act as the subject matter expert on FinCrime operations and Quality Assurance frameworks.
- Lead root-cause analyses on quality gaps.
- Drive complex quality initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with FinCrime Product Managers and Operational Heads.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience managing operational teams in Financial Crime and Quality Assurance.
- Advanced knowledge of global AML/CFT regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
- Proactive, punctual, and self-directed with high accountability.
- Right to Work in Estonia - No visa or relocation support offered.
