Join Wise’s Quality Assurance team to build scalable operations that ensure customer safety and deliver great experiences. You'll provide expert assurance, identify risks, and contribute to quality improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Execute quality checks and calibrations for complex, high-risk cases.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, resolving complex queries and driving decision-making.
- Support audit/regulatory activities as needed.
- Lead calibration activities to ensure consistent outcomes.
- Foster team collaboration and mentor colleagues.
- Use advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Meet individual and team targets, demonstrating commitment to quality and speed.
- Participate in meetings, training, and internal events to support team objectives.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of QA experience in the Payments domain.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Deep understanding of payment processes, reconciliation, and operational excellence.
- Experience with QA methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to train others.
- Proficient in using systems and AI tools for data analysis.
