Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our growing CRM Team in London. This role will give you the opportunity to have a direct impact on how millions of Wise customers find the perfect products for their needs at exactly the right moment, while evolving your skills by owning production-level machine learning projects from end to end.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data pipelines and ML-ready tables for feature generation, model training, inference, and impact measurement.
- Identify growth and personalisation opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
- Own predictive/uplift or recommendation models for personalised CRM journeys.
- Model customer behaviour and product-usage patterns to measure campaign value.
- Partner with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and CRM Campaign Managers.

Requirement:
- Expert knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with predictive ML models or recommendation systems in production.
- Experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
- Proficient understanding of statistics and measuring incremental impact of ML models.
- Strong communication skills to translate model choices for non-DS teams.
