Wise is a global technology company focused on moving and managing money efficiently. We are seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner Leader to oversee financial operations for our Core Functions and support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and elevate two Senior Finance Business Partners and an Analyst.
- Translate complex financial data into strategic narratives for leadership.
- Establish and track financial KPIs related to organizational health and cost management.
- Oversee employee benefit expenses and headcount management.
- Drive automation of headcount tracking and reporting processes.
- Partner with leadership to optimize workforce costs and drive strategic location expansion.

Requirement:
- Proven experience managing senior-level finance professionals.
- Extensive experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Track record of managing complex headcount structures and operational budgets.
- Strong experience in building KPI dashboards and predictive models.
- Professional finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence leadership.
- Strong project management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
