- Own operational relationships with key global banking partners, including performance reviews and action follow-up.
- Drive partner performance by monitoring speed, reliability, incidents, SLA gaps, and operational costs.
- Translate complex internal problems into partner improvement plans.
- Hold partner banks accountable for operational commitments.
- Support incident resolution and corrective actions for partner-related issues.
- Improve operational visibility through documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with various internal teams on partner fees, losses, and regulatory expectations.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payment operations, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of payment operations and banking partner relationships.
- Highly data-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in translating complex issues.
- Strong ownership mindset and good judgment under pressure.
