Position Summary
WCCTV is seeking an accomplished, highly competitive National Strategic Sales Executive to drive aggressive new business acquisition and accelerate national revenue growth.
This is a senior-level, individual-contributor sales position focused exclusively on identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value enterprise customers, national accounts, and multi-location business opportunities throughout the United States. The successful candidate will be a proven new-business hunter with the commercial acumen, executive presence, and strategic selling expertise required to penetrate large organizations, displace established competitors, and negotiate complex national agreements.
This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional prospecting discipline, and a demonstrated ability to independently develop and close multimillion-dollar business opportunities.
The primary objective is to generate new revenue by acquiring strategic customers, securing enterprise-wide agreements, and establishing long-term commercial relationships that create sustainable, recurring revenue for WCCTV.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition & Revenue Generation
- Own the full sales cycle for new national and enterprise customers, from market identification and initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute an aggressive national business development strategy focused on acquiring high-value, multi-location customers.
- Independently identify, prospect, and penetrate large organizations with significant surveillance and security requirements.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, executive networking, strategic referrals, and targeted account-based selling.
- Consistently secure meetings with C-suite executives, senior procurement leaders, security directors, and operations decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities to replace incumbent security providers and position WCCTV as the preferred national surveillance solutions partner.
- Lead complex, competitive sales pursuits involving multiple stakeholders, extended sales cycles, and enterprise procurement processes.
National & Enterprise Sales Development
- Target national organizations with geographically dispersed operations and opportunities for large-scale, multi-site surveillance deployments.
- Develop strategic prospecting plans and grow current high-value accounts where relationships exist at a local level.
- Establish relationships with senior decision-makers and economic buyers capable of authorizing enterprise-wide agreements.
- Develop customized business cases demonstrating WCCTV's operational, financial, and security value proposition.
- Create opportunities for recurring revenue through long-term customer commitments and multi-location deployments.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that create access to new national customers and large-scale opportunities.
Complex Sales Negotiation & Closing
- Lead enterprise sales presentations, competitive proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Navigate complex organizational structures, procurement requirements, legal reviews, and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, service agreements, and commercial structures that support profitable revenue growth.
- Maintain direct ownership and accountability for progressing opportunities through the sales funnel and closing business.
Strategic Territory & Pipeline Management
- Independently manage a national portfolio of target accounts and new business opportunities.
- Establish account prioritization strategies based on revenue potential, geographic footprint, profitability, and strategic value.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, close plans, and opportunity assessments.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer and opportunity records within the company's CRM platform.
- Provide sales leadership with regular updates on strategic pursuits, competitive positioning, anticipated contract awards, and revenue forecasts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support enterprise opportunities.
- Coordinate with operational leadership to validate national deployment capabilities, service commitments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain appropriate executive-level relationships following contract execution to support initial implementation and future expansion opportunities.
- Ensure national account opportunities are appropriately coordinated with existing regional sales activities and account ownership guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of successful B2B sales experience, with significant experience in enterprise sales, national account acquisition, or strategic business development.
- Demonstrated history of independently sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large enterprise business opportunities.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding significant annual new business sales quotas.
- Experience successfully selling to C-suite executives and senior corporate decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to penetrate complex organizations and establish relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven success negotiating national contracts, master service agreements, or enterprise-wide commercial arrangements.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, account-based prospecting, competitive displacement, and complex sales methodologies.
- Excellent financial acumen, negotiation skills, executive presentation capabilities, and commercial judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain a disciplined prospecting and sales execution process.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling mobile surveillance, electronic security, physical security, remote monitoring, or technology-enabled security solutions.
- Experience selling recurring revenue, subscription-based, rental, or service-oriented solutions.
- Demonstrated success winning national preferred-vendor agreements and multi-location customer contracts.
