Short Summary:
We're looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join Wildlife's Insights team. You will turn petabytes of player data into actionable decisions to enhance our games, working closely with product teams on various challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Apply experimentation, advanced statistics, and the scientific method to continuously test hypotheses and iterate on the game.
- Analyze large and complex player datasets to impact product strategy, player retention, and long-term monetization.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to solve open-ended business questions quickly.
- Deliver solutions to core product challenges, such as optimizing game economy and matchmaking.
- Incorporate AI and modern tools into your workflow to enhance team performance.
- Support decision-making by building high-quality data products, frameworks, and tools.
Requirement:
- Solid understanding and practical experience in applied statistics and machine learning.
- Proven ability to analyze player behavior and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis.
- Interest in using AI tools to enhance efficiency and output.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly in written English.
