Short Summary:
Wild Alaskan Company is seeking a New Member Experience Specialist to interact with members and potential members, embodying the company's values and mission. This role involves responding to inquiries, assisting with order issues, and building member loyalty in a fast-paced, fully-remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from members and future members across multiple channels including live chat, email, and phone.
- Maintain a high-satisfaction rate from members and keep first response time below one minute on chat and one hour across all other channels.
- Assist members with inquiries concerning order issues, cooking and recipes, account management, and more.
- Communicate with empathy and always put the member first in all interactions.
- Report on member behavior and bugs, and generate content from anecdotes and analytics.
- Represent the company’s values and mission in each interaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- Impeccable writing skills for various communication channels.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and high empathy.
- Passion for helping people and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Successful track record in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to solve problems analytically and creatively.
- High attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
