Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.
Business Development
Serve as a trusted technical advisor during client pursuits, discovery workshops, and executive presentations.
Contribute to solution development, proposals, estimates, and technical positioning while identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.

Practice Development
Help grow West Monroe's Google Cloud practice by developing reusable architecture assets, methodologies, and best practices.
Mentor consultants and engineers, sharing technical expertise and fostering architectural excellence.
Stay current on Google Cloud innovations and emerging technologies while supporting recruiting, knowledge sharing, and an inclusive team culture.
What You'll Bring

Expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity, application architecture, integration, and data platforms.
Experience leading enterprise cloud modernization, migration, or cloud-native initiatives from strategy through implementation.

Google Cloud certifications, including Professional Cloud Architect, are strongly preferred.
Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
