Short Summary:
Welltech is a global wellness technology company focused on building and scaling wellness apps. We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our Strategic Projects unit, supporting a high-autonomy team in testing creative across emerging channels and formats.
Responsibilities:
- Actively generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines to create high-converting video ads.
- Craft visually compelling animations and videos across various platforms and ad formats.
- Develop engaging transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences.
- Maintain consistency with visual brand direction while flexing for creative experimentation.
- Elevate emotional storytelling to drive performance.
- Stay updated on emerging motion trends and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative and growth team to translate ideas into effective visuals.
- Take ownership of your pipeline from concept to final render.
- Contribute fresh thinking to ideation, testing, and iteration cycles.
- Help build efficient workflows and templates given the pace of testing.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally within performance marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range and mobile-first thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma a plus).
- Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-changing environment.
- Familiarity with creative performance metrics and a desire to create ads that convert.
- Ability to communicate in English with international teammates.
- Interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven products is a plus.
