You will manage and develop a senior team of Sales Managers, providing coaching and mentorship, shaping deal strategy, supporting high-stakes negotiations, and designing complex commercial initiatives. You’ll build strategic partnerships with enterprise prospects, leading consultative sales cycles and crafting solutions tailored to their specific challenges.

Beyond team leadership, you’ll act as a cross-functional connector, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment, remove roadblocks, and accelerate outcomes.

This is more than a job. It’s a high-impact opportunity for professional and financial growth, with competitive, performance-based compensation. It’s ideal for collaborative, entrepreneurial leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and value long-term customer relationships.

YOUR IMPACT

• Enterprise Deal Execution & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles, building data-driven ROI business cases, and consistently closing six-figure enterprise contracts.
• Pipeline Generation & Regional Territory Health: Demonstrates proactive outbound prospecting, tight collaboration with SDR partners, and rigorous pipeline inspection to maintain high forecasting accuracy and predictable revenue growth.
• Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Commands high-level conversations with C-suite and senior HR/Total Rewards leaders, establishing credibility, handling objections effectively, and building lasting strategic partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Effectively aligns cross-functional internal resources—including onboarding, legal, and product teams—to ensure seamless deal execution and post-sale client success.
• Product Mastery & Solution-Selling: Articulates Wellhub's market value proposition clearly, translating product capabilities and case studies into bespoke executive solutions tailored to enterprise pain points.
• Industry Representation & Network Expansion: Actively expands Wellhub’s regional footprint and brand authority through targeted networking, industry event engagement, and relationship building within the HR community.
• Mission Alignment & Culture Contribution: Exemplifies a commitment to workplace wellbeing, modeling sustainable high performance, collaborative empathy, and strong alignment with Wellhub's core mission.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• Leadership & People Management: Proven experience leading and coaching senior sales managers and high-performing SaaS teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and consistent quota achievement.
• Enterprise Revenue Growth: Track record of driving new business acquisition and closing high-value, complex deals, ideally within SaaS, HR consulting, or corporate benefits environments.
• Executive Presence & Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships with C-level buyers, navigate intricate decision-making units, and align cross-functional partners to drive strategic outcomes.
• Data-Driven Strategy & Pipeline Execution: Highly analytical approach to sales metrics and forecasting, leveraging CRM insights to optimize team performance, identify growth levers, and maintain predictability.
• Persuasive Communication & Fluency: Professional business and technical English fluency, with strong acumen in delivering executive-level presentations, financial business cases, and consultative narratives.
• Sales Tech & Modern Prospecting Acumen: High technical proficiency across modern sales stacks (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft) to scale pipeline generation and streamline sales workflows.
• Growth Mindset, Agility & Client Centricity: Proactive, outcome-oriented approach with a strong commitment to continuous learning, client advocacy, and navigating change in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
