Short Summary:
We are looking for a talented Python Developer with 4–12 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python programming, writes clean and efficient code, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and application logic for enterprise-grade software.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Create automated scripts and tools to streamline development and operational workflows.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and support continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Work with databases to design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated with emerging Python libraries, frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in Python with 4–12 years of hands-on development experience.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience developing scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with message queues, caching technologies, and distributed systems.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or data processing workflows.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
