General Manager - Customer Quality / PVT Quality (EV)

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager – Vehicle Quality  to lead Customer/Field Quality for our electric vehicle business.

The role will be responsible for improving vehicle reliability, reducing warranty costs, and driving resolution of field issues through structured problem-solving. The individual will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, and Customer Support teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20+ years of automotive quality experience with strong exposure to EV systems, vehicle-level diagnostics, warranty management, and field quality. Experience in OEMs or automotive technology companies, along with team leadership capability, is preferred. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and travel across India.
